"don't forget Live at Folsom Prison"

no chance the unquestionably and absolutely undeniably BEST LIVE ALBUM EVER could be forgotten

at best all others contend for second place

Haha, I was about to post the same thing. I mean, the songs (including the one written by a prisoner), the environment, the sounds of the prison, the banter...so damn good.

Amazing. I listen to it more than the prison albums. Recorder on 12-5-69. Very real you can feel Johnny come through loud and clear. Columbia released it in 2002 part of their vault series. Let me know if you want a copy but the liner notes etc.. are probably worth the 10 beans. I also have a good Cash Dylan from feb 69 with them dueting on like 22 tracks outakes from Nashville Skyline.

thanks for the offer, i appreciate it. however i'm delighted to find that i actually have a copy of the the msg concert on one of my external hard drives, thanks to a 50 year old irish woman and cash die-hard fan, who let me spend a whole day copying cds onto my hard drive. i shall be giving it a listen soon. how is the cash/dylan gig?
